Express setup is for the admin to set up the company's phone systems quickly and conveniently. The targeted companies are small with 1 to 19 phone extensions.


  • To reduce calls to the support team for setting up the phone system. 
  • To make the flow intuitive and less time consuming.
  • To make the existing express setup flow concise and visually appealing.

Process: The process before designing the wireframes included,

  • Studying the support call data to analyze which areas of the express setup are difficult to understand for the users
  • Analyze where the users stop going forward with the setup
  • Go through the flow to understand the working, features and weak spots
  • Collaborate with other designers and project managers who created the express setup for users, so that the admin setup is cohesive and gives a consistent experience
